One of the most renowned contemporary artist in Italy, loved by the public for his large and hypnotic canvases, his calming, romantic pastels and his exclusive, strongly colored engravings executed with multiple plates. Profoundly in love with his native Italy, Patriarca recreates an almost fantastic view of Italian symbols and landmarks, historical sites from Rome to Milan, the old streets, the cathedrals, the bridges and gates, but also these beautiful lights of Mediterranean landscapes, the harbors, the boats, the old streets and the sea.

His engraving technique is unprecedented and unique in the world. Patriarca is today highly respected by artists, curators and public. Starting from 1974 when he had his first personal exhibition in his hometown of Udine (Veneto), he has had over 150 individual and collective exhibitions both in Italy and abroad and continues to work from his home state.
